Bila telah hancur masukkan gula. Sementara menunggu gula hancur, boleh bancuhkan bahan-bahan untuk campuran agar-agar. Pukul telur dengan mentega sehingga kembang. Setelah itu masukkan susu cair dan tepung kastad sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikacau hingga sebati. Setelah itu tuangkan adunan ke dalam agar-agar tadi kemudian kacaukan hingga rata. Sesudah sebati dan kelihatan agak pekat bolehlah diangkat dan bahagikan adunan kepada 2 bahagian. Satu adunan dicampurkan dengan koko dan satu lagi tanpa warna. Masukkan ke dalam acuan berselang-seli kemudian sejukkan.</span></td></tr>
